6 STEPS TO GETTING A NEW WEBSITE
DISCUSSION
Let’s discuss the scope of the project including what you would like your visitors to get from your site when they are visiting. During this step we will collect all the details necessary to put together an estimate for the project
CONTRACT/DEPOSIT
Now that you have accepted your estimate, you will be sent an invoice for a 25% good faith deposit. It’s important that BOTH the deposit and signed contract are received before you proceed to the next step.
PLAN
Here is where we begin to plan out the look and feel of the website (theme choice), along with the content (including text, photos, logo, etc). The website project cannot begin until these items have all been provided
Design
Most websites take about 2-4 weeks for design, depending on the volume of projects at the time all of submission. During this stage, your details are input into the pages within your site.
REVIEW
Once your site is in the 75% stage of completion, you will be given temporary access to review the site. Then primary pages will be reviewed by the Client, and feedback is received regarding any changes.
WEBSITE IS READY!
We’re ready to launch! Once all final changes have been made and final payment is received, your site will be moved to your server and your domain will now be linked to your site within 48 business hours.*
